Junior Technical Business Analyst

Project overview

Context

We are looking for 2 Junior Technical Business Analysts, specialists in API architectures and API Management (APIM) platforms.

You will work on the exchanges and intermediation flows between distribution partners and the information system applications. Your role covers the entire cycle: needs analysis, functional and technical design of interfaces, then coordination of stakeholders until commissioning.

Working Conditions

• Collect and analyze the needs for exchanges between partners, the CIM, APIM, and internal applications.
• Map end-to-end flows, with their dependencies and technical impacts.
• Prepare and lead scoping workshops with business, architecture, security, and operations teams.
• Write functional and technical specifications as well as API interface contracts.
• Define APIM rules: exposure, subscription, authentication, authorization, routing, quotas, and monitoring.
• Keep documentation up-to-date in Confluence, consistent with OpenAPI / Swagger specifications.
• Define test scenarios, data sets, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate and perform integration tests with partners.
• Analyze anomalies from logs, traces, and error messages.
• Lead incident resolution with the relevant teams.
• Participate in level 2 support for production exchanges.
• Write User Stories in Jira, with their technical constraints and acceptance criteria.
• Support the Product Owner during refinement, estimation, and planning.
• Coordinate partners, technical teams, and internal teams until commissioning.
• API Management: API architectures, exposure, routing, security, and monitoring.
• REST API: OpenAPI / Swagger, JSON, HTTP, interface contracts.
• API Security: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, certificates, application authentication.
• Testing and diagnostics: Postman, log and trace analysis.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence.

• 2 days of remote work per week

• Seniority required: 1 to 3 years of experience for juniors, at least 5 years for experienced candidates
