Junior Test Lead [SAP S/4HANA / SIT & UAT]

Project overview

We are looking for a Junior Test Lead for a client undergoing an enterprise ERP system transformation to SAP S/4HANA.

Project requirements

• coordination of testing within the framework of an enterprise ERP system transformation program to SAP S/4HANA
• leading one testing stream, SIT or UAT, from planning through execution to closure under the guidance of the Test Manager
• collaboration with business process owners, functional consultants, developers, testers, and key users
• preparation and ongoing updating of test plans, schedules, and entry/exit criteria
• ongoing prioritization of test scope, scenarios, and defects according to project milestones and business priorities
• monitoring of testing progress, defect status, and blocking issues, including updating test tools
• coordination of testers and functional teams, including ensuring readiness of test data, environments, and access
• timely identification and escalation of risks, preparation of regular status reports, and participation in project and steering committee meetings
• support in triaging and prioritizing defects, including monitoring their resolution and retesting
• collaboration in a 100% onsite mode in Prague with an earliest possible start date
• Required experience and knowledge:
• at least 2 years of experience with software testing
• experience with coordinating or leading testing activities, at least to a partial extent
• knowledge of testing phases SIT, UAT and regression and the defect lifecycle
• experience with test management tools, e.g. Jira/Xray
• fluent Czech and English at a working level
• Other relevant experience:
• ability to organize testing activities and manage priorities under time pressure
• clear written and verbal communication, including issue escalation and presentation of testing status
• Advantageous:
• knowledge of ERP processes, e.g. finance, procurement, Order-to-Cash or logistics
• experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally from an implementation or migration project
• experience collaborating with business key users during UAT
• ISTQB certification
