• Evaluation and selection of suitable external AI models, including possible multi-model approaches
• Building a semantic layer based on existing documentation and knowledge bases
• Conception of mechanisms for detecting technical and business dependencies
• Development of automation scenarios for customizing activities, transports, and standardized service processes
• Consideration of existing frameworks, architectural specifications, and governance guidelines
• Definition of requirements for security, authorizations, traceability, and controlled autonomous actions
• Conception of sustainable operation, maintenance, and further development processes
• Optimization of token consumption, model usage, and ongoing operating costs
• Creation of concrete technical specifications, work packages, and implementation recommendations for the development teams
• Business-oriented steering and support of technical implementation
• Development of further AI use cases for application management, project registrations, and planning processes
• Conception of AI-supported analyses of efforts, dependencies, redundancies, and impacts on release planning
• Support in the automated creation of requirements documents and decision templates
• Profound experience in the conception and architecture of AI-based enterprise solutions
• Very good knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their integration into existing IT landscapes
• Profound understanding of Agentic AI, AI agents, and multi-agent architectures
• Experience with agent control, orchestration, and automated AI workflows
• Knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and the connection of external systems
• Experience with the integration of AI solutions into existing enterprise applications via APIs and interfaces
• Profound knowledge in building semantic knowledge layers, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector search
• Experience in evaluating and selecting suitable AI models and frameworks
• Understanding of AI governance, data protection, authorization models, and security requirements
• Experience in the conception of economical AI solutions, including token and cost optimization
• Experience in translating business requirements into technical architecture concepts and concrete development tasks
• Experience in the business-oriented steering of technical implementation teams
• Very good understanding of software architectures, integration patterns, and modern development processes
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and structuring skills
