DEADLINE FOR OFFERS: 22.10.2026
Responsibilities
As part of the "Talent Management Suite 2025" project, a modern, cloud-based, and integrated talent management suite will be introduced with SAP SuccessFactors for the fundamental digitalization of core and support HR processes along the entire employee journey.
All talent management processes will be supported digitally and automatically where possible in the future. The TM-S will optimize processes and avoid duplicate work, as data will be processed with minimal media breaks. Processes will be more efficient due to fewer process steps, automated data transfers, intuitive user guidance, and high user-friendliness. The processes are designed end-to-end.
Through transparency across all talent management processes with the introduction of a TM-S, consulting quality in the HR and CF areas will be improved. Comprehensive reporting and information provision will supply all decision-makers with real-time data to enable a quick reaction to internal and external changes. The enhanced reporting capabilities for talent management processes will significantly improve the quality of task execution, as well as task workflows in the HR and CF areas and for all decision-makers.
The implementation of the TM-S will be carried out in two phases.
Phase 2 (01.12.2026 to 28.02.2028)
