Lead Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to lead a comprehensive enterprise CRM transformation program. In this role, you will define the end-to-end technology architecture and ensure the creation of a secure, scalable solution that integrates Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform with critical enterprise services.

You will be responsible for the target architecture for customer management, case management, omnichannel interactions, customer service, portals, AI-powered insights, and reporting. This includes defining Dataverse data models, security models, solution design, environment strategies, and integration patterns.

Your responsibilities include designing integration architectures between Dynamics 365 and enterprise services such as identity management, contact center solutions, secure digital communication, document storage, and fraud prevention. You will define API, event-driven, and messaging patterns for high-volume, secure customer-facing services.

As a technical authority, you will lead architecture governance, conduct design reviews, and resolve cross-functional design issues. You will create comprehensive architecture documentation and work closely with product, delivery, security, data, and infrastructure teams.

You bring extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect in large enterprise CRM or customer service programs. In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Customer Service, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages is required. Strong architectural expertise in Azure, APIs, integration middleware, identity management, and cloud services complete your profile.

The position is hybrid in London (2-3 days on-site) or fully remote in the UK with occasional travel. The engagement duration is 6 months with an option to extend.
