Seeking an experienced Lead Engineer for Steel Design to technically coordinate a team and oversee complex steel structures for an offshore substation project. The role involves technical responsibility, quality assurance, and coordination with stakeholders and external service providers.

For a challenging engineering project, I am currently looking for an experienced Engineer - Steel Design.
Responsibilities
- Technical coordination of a Steel Design team
- Technical responsibility for complex steel structures
- Management and quality assurance of design and engineering activities
- Coordination with internal and external project participants
- Coordination of external engineering service providers
- Ensuring technical standards and project requirements

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Steel Construction, Shipbuilding, or comparable
- Several years of experience in structural steel construction or structural design
- Experience in a technically leading engineering role
- Good knowledge of 3D CAD systems, ideally CATIA
- Knowledge of relevant technical standards and regulations
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Good German and English skills
