Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Infrastructure Engineer - Storage to manage, support and optimize enterprise storage infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in storage technologies, infrastructure operations, incident and problem management, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Required Skills
- Manage and maintain enterprise storage infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Monitor storage environments, analyze dashboards and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Handle incident, problem and change management in line with ITIL practices.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical support, escalations and issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Work in high-pressure environments and manage critical infrastructure issues.
- Communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure operational procedures and infrastructure documentation are maintained.
- Strong experience in Enterprise Storage and Infrastructure Engineering.
- Good understanding of ITIL, Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with vendor management and technical escalations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
