For an IT federal agency, we are looking for several Learning Consultants (Training Developers) and Trainers for the qualification of specialists in the areas of Data Governance and Data Management.

Certifications

A certification in Data Governance or Data Management is required, for example:

DAMA, CDMP, DCAM. DGSP, CDMP, TDWI, Enterprise Data Professional, ChiefDataOfficer (CDO), SAP Data Governance & Data Quality, or a comparable qualification

At least three out of five consultants or trainers deployed must provide proof of such certification.

Projects, Training Programs & Transformations

• Creation of training materials and documentation using customer-specific templates and Office products
• Setup and maintenance of training data and documentation in training systems (SAP)
• Further development and updating of training materials based on quality assurance measures, evaluation results, and customer requirements
• Didactic preparation and structuring of learning content on Data Governance, Data Management, and roles such as Data Steward, Data Analyst, and Data Engineer
• Conducting in-person and online training sessions
• Moderating workshops and interactive formats
• Providing technical support to participants
• Recording feedback and continuously optimizing training measures
• At least 7 years of experience in developing training and development concepts
• At least 7 years of experience in setting up demo and exercise data in training systems, ideally SAP DQM and SAP Information Steward
• At least 7 years of experience in creating digital learning content (e.g., e-learnings, learning nuggets, WBTs) with common authoring tools
• German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B1 level
• Willingness for security screening
• At least 7 years of experience in independently conducting training and development measures in adult education, including preparation and follow-up, as well as quality assurance
• At least 7 years of experience in moderating and conducting workshops

• Utilization between 50% and 80% depending on deployment
