Job description
Saxion Parttime School is seeking a lecturer to independently teach the 'Sustainable Organizing' module, including preparing and delivering lessons, guiding students, and assessing work. The ideal candidate is an expert in the sustainable transition of organizations with an HBO or WO work and thinking level.
Project overview
As a lecturer, you will independently provide the 'Sustainable Organizing' module within the Saxion Parttime School.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Prepare and deliver weekly lessons
- Guide students in preparing professional products
- Assess examination opportunities, in collaboration with the module manager if no BKE is present
- Answer student questions, including via online contact moments
- Perform additional administrative tasks, such as entering results
- Expert in the field of the sustainable transition of organizations
- Relevant expertise for the learning outcome regarding integral improvement of processes, chains, and organizational components
- HBO or WO work and thinking level
- Basic Qualification Examination (BKE), or willingness to obtain it
