Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Analyzing spatial planning legal issues within various HWBP projects
- Checking if spatial products and procedures comply with current laws and regulations, such as the Environment and Planning Act
- Advising on the legal steps, permits, and authorizations required for dike reinforcement
- Assessing how spatial planning decision-making and land acquisition are legally interconnected
- Identifying and analyzing legal risks and proposing solutions for them
- Drafting and reviewing legal texts for decisions, advice, and correspondence
- Providing specialized legal expertise to various project phases within the HWBP
- HBO (Higher Professional Education) work and thinking level
- Specialized spatial planning legal expertise
- Knowledge of the Environment and Planning Act and spatial planning procedures
- Ability to independently carry out legal advisory and review activities
