As a Senior Lawyer Objections, you will monitor quality and legal consistency within the back-office objections department. You will translate new laws and regulations into workable guidelines, advise management, and coach objection handlers.

As Senior Lawyer Objections, you will monitor quality and legal consistency within the back-office objections department.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Translate new laws and regulations into workable guidelines for the execution practice
- Advise management and team coordinators on new policy principles to be formulated
- Identify and escalate files with national, public, or political implications in a timely manner
- Coach objection handlers and act as a permanent sparring partner
- Determine the resolution of complex individual files, such as with excusable delays
- Coordinate highly sensitive case law in a multidisciplinary context
- Master's degree in Dutch law
- At least 3 years of work experience in a legal role
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical advisor or in a comparable framework-setting role within an execution process
- At least 3 years of practical experience with the application of the General Administrative Law Act (Awb)
- Available on November 18, 2026 for selection interviews
