Assignment Description

DICTU is looking for a senior Technical Administrator Red Hat Linux (RHCSA and Ansible).

The Confidential Information (VI) department handles the Technical Management of a highly secured platform where system applications run. The Technical Administrator is part of the Linux Facilities team and is responsible for the management of the Linux VM platform. Additionally, the Technical Administrator will assist in the further development of the container platform, including automation using Ansible Automation Platform.

Besides daily management, we expect the Technical Administrator to implement innovations in the tooling we use, such as Zabbix, Elastic, Logstash, free-IPA, and Satellite.

On-call duty (24/7) and regular work at the location (The Hague) are part of the job responsibilities.

We pay close attention to the security of this data by applying the latest techniques, as we do not want this data to be easily compromised.

Due to numerous improvements and adjustments in privacy, greater control over personal data, making data centrally and up-to-date available, and data minimization when issuing this data, the latest ICT standards are necessary to fulfill this ambition. Consider hybrid cloud solutions, container technology, API management, multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions, all within a Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA).

Candidate is Red Hat RHCSA certified

Candidate is certified in Ansible through EX371 or EX374 EX457

Candidate has 5 years of demonstrable knowledge and experience with Ansible playbooks in the past year, supported by concrete projects and role description in CV or motivation.

Candidate has 3 years of demonstrable knowledge and experience with AAP in the past year, supported by concrete projects and role description in CV or motivation.

Candidate has 3 years of demonstrable knowledge and experience with GIT in the past year, supported by concrete projects and role description in CV or motivation.

Wishes

More than 3 years of demonstrable knowledge and experience within complex environments with a high security level, supported by concrete projects and role description in CV.

Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with Cloud infrastructure, supported by concrete projects and role description in CV or motivation.

Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with Monitoring/Logging: Zabbix, ElasticSearch. Supported by concrete projects and role description in CV or motivation.

Additional Information

When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Chain Liability Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid).

The 'WKA' aims to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client. We cover these risks for our clients through a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities. The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have a SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is located in the Netherlands or abroad. You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Authorities.

If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to submit an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances. Please note that the costs for this statement are at your own expense.
