Working Conditions

• Support teams in defining, designing, and implementing SharePoint Online solutions that meet business needs and Microsoft 365 platform governance standards.
• Analysis of functional and technical needs of stakeholders.
• Design of modern SharePoint site architectures (communication sites, team sites, hubs, etc.).
• Customization of user experience using native SharePoint Online capabilities and SPFx components when necessary.
• Definition of best practices for ergonomics, governance, security, and document management.
• Support teams in the implementation and deployment of solutions.
• Production of technical and functional documentation.
• Develop business solutions with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Automate and administer SharePoint via PowerShell (PnP, Microsoft Graph), including migrations.
• Ensure the maintainability, performance, and consistency of M365 applications.
• Implement M365 security, compliance, and governance policies.
• Apply DevOps practices.
• Knowledge transfer to internal teams.
