• Control and monitoring of production and CIP systems, especially the drying tower, in compliance with specified key figures and product quality.
• Independent execution of setup and maintenance work to ensure a smooth production process.
• Sampling and analytical control of the manufactured products.
• Active participation in the continuous improvement process to optimize workflows and processes.
• Responsibility for cleanliness, care, and the proper condition of the systems and the work environment.
• Compliance with valid quality, hygiene, environmental, and occupational safety regulations.
• Responsible implementation of applicable procedural and work instructions.
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system as well as on weekends and public holidays.
• Successfully completed training in the food technology, food industry, or technical field.
• Several years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in handling process control systems.
• Good technical understanding and knowledge of process engineering.
• Ideally, experience in spray drying or in the control room.
• Confident PC skills.
• Strong awareness of hygiene and quality in the food sector.
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
