• Have commercial experience with the development and deployment of ML solutions
• Have a strong understanding of Machine Learning and model performance
• Can translate models into stable and scalable production solutions
• Have experience with data, training, deployment, and monitoring
• Work structurally with data quality and documentation
• Can collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, developers, and the business
• Work as an independent freelance consultant or wish to do so
