Project overview

For the introduction of a new maintenance software in the railway and workshop environment, we are looking for an experienced specialist (m/f/d) who understands technical processes, supports users, and ensures the successful integration of the software into ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Support during the introduction of the maintenance software BOOM in ongoing operations
• Analysis and optimization of existing workshop and maintenance processes
• Support and assistance for users during the implementation phase
• Coordination with specialist departments and relevant project stakeholders
• Training and support of employees in using the new software
• Ensuring the successful integration of the software into existing processes and workflows

• Experience in the introduction of BOOM or comparable ERP, SAP, or maintenance systems
• Understanding of maintenance, workshop, or service processes
• Ideally, experience from the railway industry, automotive maintenance, workshop control, or a comparable technical environment
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Project duration: at least 6 months
• Onboarding and project start on-site, then hybrid
• Various contract types possible
• Location: Bonn
