Our client is an international industrial group, a leader in its market. They are looking for a transition Maintenance Manager for one of their flagship European sites. The site is renowned within the group for its efficiency, operates continuously, and benefits from major investments preparing its future. You will join a solid, ambitious environment focused on modernization.

The Context

Historically organized by zone (perfect knowledge of the machines), maintenance has just been reorganized to better structure plans and processes. The foundations are there. The task now is to bring this organization to life and re-inspire the teams to work together. The site expects a manager capable of uniting, much more than an expert.

Your Mission

What We Offer

• Lead all maintenance activities (approximately 75 people) with a focus on continuous improvement
• Directly manage 10 operational managers and an assistant
• Implement and lead daily management and steering rituals
• Remobilize teams, recreate dialogue and cohesion, and bring serenity back to the collective
