As part of the team dedicated to planning and coordinating interventions, you will play a central role nationwide by coordinating all outsourced services. As part of your activities, you will establish an annual maintenance plan in close collaboration with the different regions, allowing you to accurately estimate the workload and verify the perfect match between available resources and your partners' capacities. On a daily basis, you will manage a network of various subcontractors specializing in cutting-edge technical fields such as refrigeration units, detection, electrical control, or OH.

You will also handle the administrative aspects of these interventions by carrying out all purchase requests related to this maintenance. Finally, you will rigorously ensure the proper execution and flawless implementation of the action plan by the service providers, by regularly monitoring their interventions. You will work in a dynamic and demanding environment where your coordination skills are essential to guarantee the performance of the installations.

To succeed fully in this role, you ideally hold a Bac+2 level diploma and demonstrate a real appetite for the technical field. Your experience has allowed you to develop great rigor and strong autonomy in managing your files. You have solid skills in managing and steering external stakeholders, and you are particularly comfortable with telephone communication, which is essential for effectively coordinating the various actors spread across France. Proficiency in computer tools is necessary for the proper performance of this role, and knowledge of SAP software is a major asset to enhance your application.
