Job description
Seeking a Management Consultant for an automotive bank to analyze processes and systems, derive recommendations, and assess the impact of new introductions. The role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Requirement gathering together with the business departments
- Analysis of the approximately 100 essential captive business processes in the retail sector
- Analysis of the in-house development in use, including associated systems, with regard to functional scope, adaptability, and innovations
- Conducting workshops and creating recommendations for action
- Presentation of all impacts on the organization with a view to, for example, implementation speed in projects, change management, and much more
- Manufacturer-independent assessment of the benefits of a new system introduction
- Documentation and quality assurance of requirements
