Seeking an independent qualified consultant in management control and Order to Cash to support the Engineering Department for a cybersecurity company. The role involves piloting the Order to Cash process, financial reporting, and supporting good management practices.

Context
For a recognized player in cybersecurity, a subsidiary of a large international industrial group (approximately 400 employees, €70 million in revenue), we are looking for a qualified independent consultant in management control and Order to Cash, to support the Engineering Department.
Key Information
Your Missions
- Location: (78), with 2 days of remote work per week possible
- Duration: 3 months
- English: mandatory (international environment)
- Piloting the Order to Cash process
- Pilot the entire Order to Cash process for the Engineering Department.
- Manage order entry, invoicing, and cash monitoring using the aged balance.
- Be the preferred contact for Project Managers and sales teams, to ensure the smooth running of the process and data reliability.
- Financial Reporting
- Feed the entity's financial data into the Magnitude consolidation tool, for actuals, budget, and forecast.
- Populate the division's internal reporting tool.
- Support for good management practices
- Support employees in using tools and in respecting management rules, particularly for time allocations.
- Monitor entries and carry out necessary follow-ups to ensure their quality and completeness.
