Its solutions enable companies and institutions to organise documents, correspondence and information, streamline workflows and manage data securely.
The company's clients include public service providers, educational institutions, auditing and construction firms, as well as associations and other membership-based organisations. One of its flagship products is a system designed to manage electronic documentation, projects and business processes across an organisation.
We are looking for a Manual QA Tester to join an international team working on the further development of the product. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of both the existing desktop application and a new web-based platform currently being developed by the company.
This is an interesting opportunity for someone who enjoys exploring how applications work, identifying less obvious issues and working closely with developers to continuously improve software quality.

- Verifying and reproducing reported issues and working closely with developers to help resolve them.
- Collaborating with the Customer Care team in Denmark to investigate and clarify bugs and issues reported by customers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of desktop and/or web applications.
- Practical experience managing bugs throughout the entire bug life cycle.
- Good organisational skills, accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Very good spoken and written English, as all communication with developers and the Customer Care team, as well as all bug reports, is in English.
- Sufficient technical knowledge to quickly become familiar with and understand complex business applications.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
