CareerWise Recruitment are looking to recruit for General Operator roles in a manufacturing facility in Shannon, Co. Clare.

Role of this position

• Temporary contract (with potential for extensions)
• 39 hours a week
• 8.30am to 5pm Mon to Thursday, 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays
• Day shift

• Preparation of orders, processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area of the Warehouse.
• Adhering and following work procedures
• Operation of Machines in line with production schedule and quality targets.
• Keep an accurate log of work carried out and all adjustments.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Responsible for ensuring a high standard of housekeeping and 5S are maintained at all times.
• Complete all process documentation.
• Coming from a life science/med device background
• Experience in picking product (warehouse type background)
• Reading information off pick sheets
• Experience of using a scanning gun
• Good attention to detail, quality orientated.
• Fluent in English
