For our client, an industrial company based in the Mannheim area, we are looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for a project duration of 6 months, starting immediately.
Responsibilities
Stabilization of the team and support of the change process. Assessment of the marketing department regarding its current performance level and definition of improvement potentials. Support and implementation of a product relaunch. Management and implementation of PR and content strategies. Implementation and further development of existing digital marketing strategies. Trade fair planning.
Requirements
Many years of expertise in B2B marketing in an industrial environment. Experience in the further development of marketing departments (TOM, structure, processes, systems). Experience in the selection and implementation of CRM systems. Good technical understanding and knowledge in change management. Hands-on mentality.
