Seeking a senior Master Plan PMO for a long-term mission in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region. The role involves ensuring platform evolution alignment with the long-term architecture roadmap and supporting a KYC task force.
Project overview
We are looking for a senior Master Plan PMO for a long-term mission with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region. You will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of each platform evolution with the long-term architecture roadmap. A strategic position, in direct contact with management, in an international environment.

Profile sought
You have over 10 years of experience in strategic planning, enterprise architecture, or high-level program management. KYC experience is essential. You are proficient in PMO and governance methods, and know how to build a management framework from scratch. You transform complex data into clear summaries for decision-making. Fluent English required. You are rigorous, have strong interpersonal skills, and a real ability to convince senior management.

- Validate blueprint evolutions with functional architects and conduct impact analyses on the entire ecosystem.
- Translate management's strategic directions into Master Plan updates, and ensure their adoption by operational teams.
- Detect structural risks when a platform evolution deviates from the roadmap, and alert management.
- Lead the architecture governance committee: prepare and present high-level decision-making materials.
- Support operational teams with a KYC task force to securely deploy agent technologies within the existing process.
