We are currently supporting a major international contractor on a large-scale green steel project in Germany.
They're looking for an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join their team on a long-term freelance contract.

- Strong mechanical construction management experience on large-scale industrial projects.
- Background in mechanical installation, heavy industrial construction, piping or mechanical erection.
- Previous experience working on projects involving elevated structures and working at height.
- Experience managing subcontractors, mechanical teams and on-site construction activities.
- Strong understanding of site safety, construction schedules and mechanical installation procedures.
- Experience within steelworks, power generation, petrochemical, refinery or similar heavy industrial environments would be advantageous.

Position: Mechanical Construction Manager
Germany
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
Initial 12 months, with potential to extend for a further 2–3 years
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Arrangement: Full-time, on-site
Language: English essential; German or Spanish advantageous
