Job description

Do you want to optimize industrial processes as a Technologist Designer (M/F)?

You will contribute to the design and mechanical integration of compression modules for military aeronautical research and technological maturation programs.

The scope includes the following activities:

• Ensure the role of integration technologist
• 2D sectioning of the different compressor modules
• Cooling of the flow path
• Carrying out technological studies in collaboration with sectors such as engine integration, assembly, testing, and maintenance to design the module parts;
• Guaranteeing internal and external interfaces (Interface files/ICD/ICM) with our partners
• Performing dimension chains
• Implementing and/or updating the documented study of the module
• Managing the bill of materials and the digital model of the module
• Supporting the engineering department in the production of parts and module assembly if necessary
• Updating 2D sections of engine projects
• Performing functional analysis of parts
• Dimension chains
• Launching, managing, and validating CAD studies through subcontracting
• Contributing to the production and presentation of technical elements requested for reviews (Section Review, RIM, TRM, RC)
• Contributing to capitalizing on studies carried out and technological choices as the project progresses

• You have a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree in mechanics, industrial design, or aeronautics.
• You have at least five years of experience in the design of complex mechanical parts.
• You are proficient in CATIA V5-GDT, functional tolerancing, dimension chains, and digital model management.
• You demonstrate analytical, synthesis, and communication skills with various technical stakeholders.
