• Target system: Version of HPNA software: install the latest version if possible | Database: PostgreSQL | Operating System: SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP5 (x86_64) | The systems have no internet connection
• Preparation and planning: Access, firewall, IP addresses Definition of the maintenance window, downtime scheduling
• Preliminary work by the client: Provision of servers including current operating system, installation of the latest OS patches, provision of software and licenses (The software is to be installed by the service provider), provision of IP addresses

• Migration of the existing HPNA environment to a new server infrastructure.
• In the same process, the existing HPNA version 2019.05 64-bit (build 245) is to be updated to the currently available latest version during the migration to the new infrastructure.
• Short preliminary planning for the HPNA version update is required, in which both the migration window is planned and the necessary preliminary work is coordinated
