Project overview

We are looking for an experienced M365 Engineer to join a Microsoft 365 transformation project for one of the largest cinema chains in Germany, with operations across several other European countries.

The project focuses on transitioning from legacy infrastructure to a modern, secure, cloud-based digital workplace. The initial phase covers identity and access management, endpoint management, and the migration of core Microsoft 365 services. The next phase will introduce advanced capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot, business process automation, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

What we offer:

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, identity and access policies, and authentication methods.
• Configure and manage endpoint devices, applications, and security policies using Intune.
• Support migrations to Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 Apps and implement security baselines.
• Prepare the environment for Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout, including licensing, permissions, and data access.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Troubleshoot issues related to identity, email, collaboration tools, and endpoint management.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver the Microsoft 365 transformation.
• B2B cooperation with a rate of up to PLN 160 net + VAT/hour.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, licensing, RBAC, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Experience with hybrid identity and Entra Connect / Cloud Sync.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, Windows Autopilot, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and endpoint security.
• Experience deploying Microsoft 365 Apps and managing Exchange Online, including mailboxes, permissions, and mail flow.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, including administration, permissions, and data migration.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, including Defender for Office 365, endpoint protection, and access management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot prerequisites, licensing, and data access security.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services using logs and administrative tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Defender for Endpoint / XDR, Microsoft Secure Score, and SCCM co-management.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, ShareGate, or BitTitan.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MD-102, or SC-300.
