Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant / Project Manager

Project overview

For a long-term project in the industrial environment, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expert who understands production processes, optimizes ERP structures, and actively shapes the further development of the manufacturing landscape.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in the production environment
• Leading or supporting projects to optimize manufacturing processes
• Analysis and improvement of production workflows, bills of materials, routing, production orders, and material and warehouse processes
• Collaboration with production, purchasing, logistics, controlling, and IT
• Translation of business requirements into sustainable ERP solutions
• Conducting workshops, training sessions, and supporting key users
• Managing external service providers and ensuring quality, time, and budget goals

• Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ideally including NAV)
• In-depth understanding of industrial manufacturing processes
• Experience in ERP implementation, optimization, or rollout projects
• Structured and independent way of working
• Very good German and good English skills
• Experience as a project manager / sub-project leader
• AI or interface know-how
• Experience in international projects
• Duration: approx. 24 months
• Utilization: Full-time
• Assignment: Freelancer / Project basis
• 80% on-site deployment in Bavaria
• Hourly rate: up to €95
