Job description
Seeking an experienced SI Application Project Manager to lead the end-to-end integration of a newly acquired subsidiary into the parent company's SI, with a focus on M&A context and business/finance management tools.
Project overview
Context:
We are looking for a hands-on Application SI Project Manager to work on an SI integration project following the acquisition of a subsidiary for a large engineering group. The project is about to begin, and the selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end integration of the new company into the new SI. Experience in an M&A (mergers and acquisitions) context is necessary, ideally with the implementation of business management and finance tools.
Responsibilities
Management: Scoping, planning, monitoring, and managing the day-to-day action plan, data migration, follow-ups, and deliverable arbitration.
Change Management & Scoping: Supporting business units, ability to engage different stakeholders (operational and C-Levels).
Data Crunching & Technical: Extracting, cleaning, and manipulating data via direct SQL queries; checking the compliance of tables, forms, and datasets.
Testing & Qualification: Technical-functional testing, identifying configuration or flow anomalies, and tracking corrections.
Profile sought
Experience: Confirmed Senior (10+ years in complex project management).
SCOPE & DAILY ROLE
Business Scope: ERP, Business Management, and Finance (Sales cycle, Billing, business profitability monitoring).
Acquisition of new companies project: Adaptability, ability to be firm while reassuring.
Volume & Stakes: Data migration and qualification to integrate the company into the new ERP.
Stance: Sole field resource (fully autonomous, without a dedicated PMO team), in direct contact with the project manager and business unit managers.
Soft skills:
Absolute responsiveness, ability to integrate feedback and delve into unknown subjects.
Natural leadership, autonomy, and stress resistance.
Availability: Immediate (quick start).
On-site presence: 4 days/week on site.
International context: proficiency in English (written and spoken) mandatory.
Important: travel is to be expected.
