• Development and customization of functions within Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Implementation of business and technical requirements into technical solutions
• Development of extensions, workflows, and automations
• Analysis and resolution of technical problems
• Conception and implementation of interfaces to adjacent systems
• Implementation and optimization of API-based integrations
• Monitoring and error analysis of existing integration routes
• Creation of technical specifications and implementation documentation
• Support with effort estimations and sprint planning
• Execution of tests and support with releases and deployments
• Ensuring quality standards and best practices
• Close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects
• Participation in agile project structures
• Regular coordination and reporting to relevant stakeholders
• Must: Deep understanding / experience with MS Dynamics 365 (such as Project Operations, CE, F&O, PSA, Field Service, Customer Service) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Must: Experience in customizing, configuring, and integrating MS Dynamics 365
• Must: Very good knowledge of C#, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript for Dynamics 365 extensions
• Must: Experience in creating technical specifications and documentation
• Could: Experience in integrating MS Dynamics with other systems
• Could: Experience with Dataverse, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps
• Could: Experience in the energy supplier or network operator environment
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Structured and independent way of working
• High analytical and problem-solving skills
