We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert to support a client in Vienna with the further development and optimization of their existing Dynamics 365 landscape.
Project overview
For a client in Vienna, we are looking for short-term support from an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert.
Responsibilities
- Further development and optimization of an existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape
- Analysis and implementation of business requirements from the specialist departments
- Customizing and configuration within Dynamics 365
- Support with integrations to adjacent systems
- Advising internal stakeholders on best practices and technical solution approaches
- Documentation and support of tests and rollouts
Requirements
- Several years of project experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Very good knowledge in at least one of the areas Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or Field Service
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is an advantage
- Knowledge in connecting interfaces and data migrations
- Independent and structured way of working
- Very good German language skills
