• Support of an extensive international rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
• Close collaboration with business departments, key users, and stakeholders on-site in Stade
• Analysis, recording, and optimization of existing production and business processes
• Participation in the analysis and tracking of errors, process deviations, and user requests within the D365 F&O modules
• Support in coordination with business departments for the optimization of existing processes and workflows
• Participation in the recording, documentation, and evaluation of requirements and improvement suggestions
• Building close relationships with business departments and key users to identify requirements and optimization potentials early on
• Support with tests, User Acceptance Tests (UAT), and hypercare activities
• Communication and coordination with national and international stakeholders in German and English
• Close collaboration with international project participants and English-speaking colleagues
• Coordination of functional and technical topics with international teams, including in the USA
• Participation in ensuring stable system operation during the ongoing rollout phase
• Support in the implementation of planned optimization and error correction measures
• Support in coordination between D365 F&O and adjacent systems like Apriso
• Focus on processes in the production environment and their continuous development and optimization

Nice to have

• Experience with Apriso (MES)
• Experience in hypercare phases after ERP implementations
• Experience in production or industrial environments
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders and global teams
• Experience with interfaces between D365 F&O and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Residence in the North German region or within reachable distance to Stade

Project details

6 months with option for extension

Utilization: 40 hours/week (100%)

Greater Stade area / Remote

On-site component: At least 2 months initially with 2-3 days per week on-site in Stade, then as per project needs

Project language: German and English

Must-Haves:

• Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
• Experience in international D365 rollout projects
• Sound understanding of business processes within relevant D365 F&O modules, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment
• Experience in error analysis, process optimization, and incident management
• Experience in requirements management and documentation of requirements and solutions
• Strong communication skills and experience in direct exchange with business departments, key users, and stakeholders
• Fluent German language skills
• Fluent business-level English language skills, written and spoken (mandatory)
• Willingness for regular on-site deployment in Stade, especially during the analysis and onboarding phase
