• Planning, conception, and implementation of modern Microsoft infrastructure solutions
• Analysis of existing IT system landscapes and Microsoft 365 environments
• Introduction of Microsoft Exchange, including migration of an existing GroupWise environment
• Conception and technical implementation of a likely hybrid Exchange infrastructure
• Introduction and configuration of SharePoint Online and OneDrive
• Creation and implementation of security, authorization, backup, and operating concepts
• Development of migration strategies, test scenarios, and technical documentation
• Consideration of data protection and information security requirements
• Support of test phases, go-live, and handover to regular operation
• Use of project management software for planning, control, and documentation, preferably BlueAnt
• Close coordination with internal IT departments and other project participants
• Conducting workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer
• Experience with project management software, ideally BlueAnt
