Project overview

Experienced consultant or architect (m/f/d) with a focus on Microsoft AI Governance is sought to support the client in building a sustainable governance structure for AI solutions, Copilot applications, and AI agents. The focus is less on developing individual use cases and more on creating an overarching governance and operating model.

Responsibilities

• Development of a governance framework for Microsoft AI technologies.
• Definition of roles, responsibilities, and release processes.
• Establishment of lifecycle management for AI agents and Copilot solutions.
• Creation of standards for:
• Agent Governance
• Naming Conventions
• Environment and Tenant Structures
• Security & Compliance
• Operations and Monitoring
• Consulting on the integration of technical expertise into governance and operating processes.
• Conception of a central point of contact or a Center of Excellence for AI topics.
• Consulting on the governance of:
• Microsoft Copilot
• Copilot Studio
• Microsoft AI Foundry
• Azure AI Services
• Power Platform

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft AI and Copilot technologies
• Microsoft Azure architecture know-how
• Experience with AI governance and operating models
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Experience with Microsoft AI Foundry
• Power Platform Governance
• Security, compliance, and authorization concepts in the Microsoft environment
• Stakeholder management at specialist and management levels

Nice to have

• Establishment of AI Centers of Excellence
• Data Governance experience
• SharePoint Online Governance
• Change and adoption concepts for Copilot implementations
