Microsoft Supporter - Frankfurt

Project overview

For one of our end customers, we are currently looking for a Supporter in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities

• Telephone and written processing, classification, resolution, and analysis of incoming incidents and requests -> also on-site
• Documentation of tickets
• Setup, processing, deletion of users and permissions
• User Lifecycle (New setup, relocations, deletions, changes)
• Distribution of complex requests/errors to the downstream specialist department or manufacturer
• Microsoft: Office and Windows (currently Office 2016 and Windows 10, in the second half of the year M365 Apps for Enterprise and Windows 11)
• Microsoft 365: Onboarding and associated problem areas, Teams, OneDrive, etc.
• Development of solutions
• Installation and configuration of standard PCs, laptops, and smartphones
• Troubleshooting of printers and multifunction devices, also on-site

• Experience in the above-mentioned subject areas
• Microsoft Windows MDAA or Windows MCSA certified (if not available, there must be a willingness to obtain one)
• Location: Frankfurt
• Start: Immediately, depending on availability
• Duration: 6 months + option for long-term deployment
• Utilization: Full-time
