Job description
Seeking a Mid-level/Senior Tester with expertise in test automation for the BAS system. The role involves automating functional regression tests, scripting, and contributing to the test automation infrastructure.
Project overview
The assignment focuses on testing and automating tests within the BAS system.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Aligning specifications with stakeholders and developers and assessing testability
- Performing risk analyses and translating these into test scenarios
- Automating functional regression tests
- Converting test scenarios into automated regression tests via scripting in JavaScript or a comparable language within Selenium CS2
- Contributing to the further development of the test automation infrastructure, such as CI/CD pipelines, GIT workflows, and code reviews
- Providing input for release advice
- Recording the progress of test automation in a dashboard
- Completed Bachelor's/Master's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in independently developing test automation and automating regression scripts
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, Topdesk, and Jira
- Minimum 5 years of experience with creating test scenarios based on functional specifications and business rules, and acting as a link between business and the development team
- Minimum 4 years of experience with (Java)scripting, Robot Framework, Gitlab, Jira, and Confluence
- PSM I certification
- Preferred: experience with the Dutch Central Government, PSPO I, and TMap Next Advanced certification
