Migration Manager for Project and Documentation Tools

Project overview

Profile sought:

Experienced Migration Manager / Product Owner to lead the migration of Jira and Confluence platforms to OpenProject and XWiki, in a DevSecOps, Agile / SAFe environment. Solid experience in migration projects and the Atlassian ecosystem is expected.

Main missions:

Essential skills:

• Define the migration strategy and planning for Jira / Confluence to OpenProject / XWiki.
• Analyze dependencies, impacts, and risks, then organize the migration in waves.
• Manage the backlog, write User Stories, and participate in Agile / SAFe ceremonies.
• Coordinate migration operations, stakeholders, and rollback plans.
• Manage tests, dry runs, acceptance testing / VABF, and anomalies.
• Ensure reporting, documentation, and user support.
• Strong experience in migration projects: level 5 required.
• Significant experience with Jira, Confluence, and the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Significant experience with Open Source solutions, particularly OpenProject and XWiki.
• Solid knowledge of Product Ownership and backlog management.
• Good command of Agile / SAFe.
• Knowledge of how a DevSecOps platform works.
• Excellent writing skills, synthesis skills, rigor, and organization.
• Fluent English.
