Project overview

The energy industry is undergoing its biggest transformation in decades. Topics such as intelligent power grids, renewable energies, asset optimization, and AI-powered forecasting solutions are changing how energy is generated, distributed, and used.

For innovative energy providers, grid operators, and technology companies, we are looking for experienced MLOps Engineers who build, operate, and scale modern Machine Learning platforms.

You will work on highly relevant applications related to:

• Energy forecasts (Forecasting)
• Smart Grids
• Asset Performance Management
• Predictive Maintenance
• Energy Trading
• AI-powered optimization of grid and infrastructure processes

Responsibilities

• Development and operation of scalable ML platforms
• Automation of Machine Learning lifecycles (CI/CD for ML)
• Deployment and monitoring of ML models in production environments
• Collaboration with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Cloud Teams
• Building MLOps processes according to best practices
• Ensuring model quality, performance, and governance
• Optimization of data pipelines and ML infrastructures

o GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps

• Experience as an MLOps Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Platform Engineer
• Confident use of Python and modern ML frameworks
• Experience with:
• Knowledge in monitoring ML models
• Experience with Data Engineering and Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Ideally, initial contact with energy, utilities, or infrastructure projects
