The role involves managing a large mobile fleet of approximately 10,000 lines for a Group and its subsidiaries, as well as overseeing a mobile fleet management offer for client establishments. Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, operator billing, and client consulting.
Project overview
Context
As a result of industrial logic, this is an Economic Interest Grouping (GIE) that aims to consolidate infrastructure and pool purchases in order to optimize costs and strengthen the quality of service for all of the Group's IT production. It also offers value-added infrastructure services (messaging, videoconferencing, etc.) for users and information systems.
Missions
Management of the Collective's mobile line fleet (Group & subsidiaries)
Management of the mobile fleet management offer for establishments that have subscribed to the outsourcing offer and management of the client mobile phone fleet in collaboration with other team members
Relations with operators (including foreign operators)
The need is to strengthen the team on the missions for establishments that have subscribed to the outsourcing offer by managing a portfolio of several clients to ensure:
Occasional missions, studies, or projects may be added, such as the mobile fleet renewal project for an establishment or studies on mobile line consumption.
Note: there is no "Supervision and animation of the support team" but rather management of the Support team.
- Management of the Collective's mobile line fleet (approximately 10,000 lines)
- Management of the mobile fleet management offer for establishments that have subscribed to the outsourcing offer (approximately 15,000 devices / lines)
- Billing in relation to operators
- Analysis, control, and verification of the quality of data entered into the ATEM tool by level 1 support
- Provision of reports and indicators to establishments for monitoring their lines and mobile line consumption
- Support for business units in their questions / requests
- Participation in various projects according to business needs
- Specificity: 1 Global
- Monitoring of the operational mobile fleet management service (device and mobile line management)
- Monitoring of the service provider's activity (incident monitoring, SLA compliance, issue tracking, etc.) through various committees
- Consulting with clients (analysis and optimization of invoices, obsolescence, etc.)
- Offer development (presentation to new clients, implementation, contract application, etc.)
- Participation in the development or renewal of contracts with operators
- Verification and analysis of operator billing
