Job description

Reporting to the main site in Chateaulin and acting as the primary field contact for users representing the IT department, your mission is to carry out IT support and maintenance operations directly at the training centers to ensure IT service continuity and perform initial diagnostics of network and IT incidents.

As such, your main activities concern proximity user support (incident resolution, VIP support, workstation management), commissioning of new equipment (preparation, installation, configuration), mobile terminal management (Enrollment, Android/iOS), modern workstation administration.

This mission, based in Chateaulin and covering the Brittany region (within a 150 km radius of Chateaulin), is available as soon as possible for a long duration that could lead to a permanent position.

The salary, between 25 and 27 k€ gross, is to be determined based on your experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm, totaling 37 hours/week. In addition, there are meal vouchers (€10 per day) + RTT + a company vehicle.

Candidate profile

With an IT qualification, you have at least 2 years of experience in proximity IT support/maintenance. You have a good command of the office environment and workstations under Windows 10 / Windows 11 / Microsoft 365 / LAN/WiFi Network / ServiceNow/ Intune / mobility / printing.

You hold a valid driver's license.
