Nearshore SAP Key-User SCM with Hungarian (m/f/d), hybrid in Northern Hungary

Project overview

Dear Business Partner,

For my client, an internationally active manufacturing company, I am looking for an SAP Key-User with Hungarian as their native language. The client is rebuilding its Hungarian plant based on an existing S/4HANA corporate template. The goal of the assignment: to translate the template linguistically into Hungarian and train the users in the plant so that they can map the processes independently in the system.

This is not a consultant or analyst role, but rather an experienced user at Key-User or Process Owner level with a focus on Supply Chain and Shopfloor. Basic customizing, conception, and template responsibility lie with the client's central SAP team, with whom close collaboration is required. Hungarian Finance and statutory reporting are not part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Translation of customizing tables and system texts from the corporate template into Hungarian, maintenance directly in the system
• Translation of site-specific forms, such as purchase orders and delivery notes
• Coordination with the central SAP team on form lists, customizing, and test preparation
• End-user training in the plant with a focus on production, logistics, and shop floor
• On-site support during integration testing, including the connection of printers and label printers
• Support during the hypercare phase
• First-level support for Hungarian users on operational questions and error messages
• Preparation of unsolvable cases and forwarding them as tickets to central support

Requirements

• Hungarian as a native language (C2)
• German at least C1, fluent in spoken and written
• Residence in Hungary
• Several years of SAP experience as a Key-User or Process Owner in Supply Chain Management (PP, MM, Logistics)
• S/4HANA experience, ideally from a plant rollout or go-live support
• Experience with end-user training in a production environment

• Residence in Northern Hungary, e.g., in the Miskolc, Eger, or Ózd area
• Basic understanding of customizing structures and SAP translation tools
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably injection molding or electromechanics
• Utilization: Initially 1 day/week, from the training and testing phase onwards at least 3 days/week
• Duration: until go-live, planned for end of Q1 2027, plus support phase (5M++)
• Start: 02.11.2026
• Location: Translation remote, training and testing phases hybrid in Hungary
