• Administer and operate all IT system infrastructures: servers, databases, storage, and network.
• Contribute to the study, design, and deployment of new application architectures.
• Propose and participate in the urbanization of the information system: API, Data exchange bus.
• Manage production incidents, deployments, user requests.
• Communicate with users regarding the processing of their requests.
• Participate in writing the knowledge base (operational files, architecture files, procedures, etc.).
• Confirmed experience in N2 network support.
• Operational mastery of Fortigate (VPN, Firewall, SD-WAN).
• Good practice of Cisco Meraki LAN & Wi-Fi infrastructures.
• Ability to document procedures and troubleshooting methodologies.
• You have significant experience as a Network Administrator and enjoyed it. You want to join an IT consulting firm to work with major clients.
