For our client, we are currently looking for a Network Administrator (m/f/d).

Service Description:

• Role: Network Administrator (m/f/d)
• Period: asap until December 2026 (option to extend)
• Location: Rostock – 3 days on-site
• Utilization: Full-time
• Languages: German
• Monitoring and maintenance of the deployed server systems
• Ensuring smooth IT operations, including stabilization and optimization
• Quality-assured transfer of solutions into production
• Coordination with architecture and product managers
• Support in problem management and 3rd level support

• Experience in the administration of large data centers
• Very good knowledge in the network area with a focus on Cisco technologies
• Sound experience with firewall and security solutions, especially Cisco as well as Genua (GenuGate, Genuscreen)
• Very good knowledge in monitoring and logging solutions, especially Splunk and Xonitor
• Experience with Cisco Meeting Server
• Practical experience with HAFIS
• Knowledge of the COIs used in the HAFIS environment, especially in the area of ArcGIS or GEO
• Previous work in the Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces) environment is an advantage
