- Design, implement, and support enterprise and telecom network infrastructures.
- Lead deployment and integration of High Split, Mid Split, and Low Split architectures.
- Develop and maintain network architecture documents, design diagrams, implementation guides, and field bulletins.
- Troubleshoot complex network, routing, switching, and security-related issues across lab and production environments.
- Validate new technologies, perform feature testing, and resolve defects and bugs.
- Configure and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and network security platforms.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and proactively drive network innovation and continuous improvement.
- 10+ years of experience in Network Engineering/Architecture.
- Strong expertise in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS).
- Hands-on experience with High Split, Mid Split, and Low Split network implementations.
- Deep knowledge of network security technologies, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Experience with network design, performance optimization, and capacity planning.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
