About the Client

• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for excellent service and continuous improvement
• Experience in complex and dynamic enterprise environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both on-site and in diverse teams
• Fluent command of the local language is mandatory, good English skills are required
• Hybrid work model with 3 days on-site presence – activity at the customer's location
• Take on the leadership role as Network Services Manager – including all aspects of own locations
• Act as the technical escalation point of contact for all high-priority incidents
• Guide the team in problem resolution and support collaboration between international and local technical teams
• Drive business projects and LCM for own locations; involve local teams and L2/L3 technicians in project implementation
• Take responsibility or function as a project/program manager
• Report on project progress, SLAs, and operations. Participate in monthly, weekly, and daily meetings with customers and internal stakeholders
• Discuss and obtain customer approval on financial aspects, including project budgeting, SLA penalties, invoicing, etc., in coordination with central departments for invoicing, reporting, finance, and other team members
• Active Cisco CCNP / CCIE

• Palo Alto PCNSA / PCNSE
• Cisco network technologies

• VPN and remote access solutions
• Management of enterprise LANs and WANs
