For our online academy Viona, we are looking for a freelance trainer (m/f/d) for Transport Manager / Expertise Freight Transport, starting immediately.

The courses take place continuously from Mon - Fri, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Ideally, you will have time for 2-4 teaching units of 45 minutes each day within this period.

• Teaching topics such as:
• Expertise Freight Transport (legal basics, permits, duties of the transport manager)
• Commercial and financial management as well as operational accounting (bookkeeping and cost accounting for freight forwarders)
• Technical operations and road safety including technical standards and cross-border freight transport
• Preparation and delivery of topic-specific instruction
• Lively and practical design of learning content through virtual instruction
• Reflection of learning steps with your participants
• Completed degree in transport/logistics or business administration with a focus on transport/forwarding
• Alternatively, a comparable commercial-technical qualification or relevant IHK/industry-specific qualification in freight transport
• Sound knowledge of freight transport law, regulations for transport managers, and IHK examination requirements
• Practical experience in the commercial management of forwarding companies/fleets, bookkeeping, and cost accounting for freight forwarders
• Technical understanding of vehicle technology, technical standards, and road safety, as well as experience with cross-border transport
• Pedagogical suitability (e.g., according to AEVO) desirable
• Teaching experience in adult education is an advantage
• Methodological and didactic competence, reliability, social and communication skills
