Project Goal: An engineer is sought for onsite tasks in IT operations and 2nd-level support for the client's internal IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support in the IT operations area on-site
• Taking over 2nd-level support tasks for the client's internal IT infrastructure

Requirements

Work Model: Onsite (8117 Fällanden)

Expected Outcome: Ensuring ongoing IT operations and processing 2nd-level support requests for the client's internal IT infrastructure on-site.

Job Facts: Direct client project

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP (On-Premises)
• Knowledge of VMware ESXi, Veeam, and Fortinet
• Good understanding of the OSI reference model
• Hands-on experience in firewall and switching, particularly in troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Broad technical know-how and a pronounced all-rounder profile
