Project overview
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Handling complex administrative law cases concerning public order and safety
- Legally substantiating decisions in the areas of the Bibob Act, APV, and subversion
- Providing legal assistance for closures, area bans, and enforcement decisions
- Assessing administrative reports and translating them into substantiated decisions
- Handling Woo requests
- Handling objection and (appeal) proceedings
- Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions
- Collaborating with enforcement, licensing, and policy departments
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with complex administrative law cases, including mayoral powers and special laws such as APV, Bibob, and Woo
- At least 5 years of work experience within a medium-sized or large municipality
- Valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) not older than 6 months
- Completed university degree in Dutch law, preferably in Constitutional and Administrative Law
- Work experience as a lawyer in the field of public order and safety
- Good oral and written communication skills
