Provide legal advice on relevant legislation, support objection and appeal procedures, and draft and review contracts for a government organization.

Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Advising on relevant laws and regulations, such as the General Administrative Law Act, the Environment and Planning Act, and the Water Board Ordinance
- Substantiating decisions and processing them into advice, letters, and proposals to the Executive Board and the General Assembly
- Supporting objection and appeal procedures, including drafting defense statements
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Managing legal files in a structured and careful manner
- Completed legal education at least at HBO bachelor level
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a legal advisor, legal employee, or in a comparable role within a government organization
- Practical experience with the General Administrative Law Act, the Environment and Planning Act, and other applicable laws and regulations
- Work experience with legal issues related to water safety, dikes, and area development
- Experience in drafting legal advice within a political-administrative context
- Experience with file management and decision-making processes
